Hug Sleep offers a 30-night sleep guarantee for products in their Hug and Loungewear Collections. This means customers can exchange or return items within 30 days of receiving them. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the returned product is processed, a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement will be issued.
It's recommended to try the Sleep Pod for a full 10 nights, as it can sometimes take time to break long-held sleep habits and acclimate to the feeling of Deep Touch Pressure Therapy.
Returns can be initiated online, and Hug Sleep partners with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns via the Return Bar. If the Return Bar is not the best option, customers can box up their items, apply the label provided, and ship them back. Return shipping costs are not covered and are not refundable for domestic refunds and international orders.
Please note, missing or stolen packages are not eligible for refund or replacement once the mail carrier confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.

Bundle sets are sold only together as described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging. The return must be shipped back 7 days after initiating the refund.
For domestic returns, once the order has been properly returned via the chosen return method, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the return is processed via the Happy Return Bar, a processing fee will be deducted from the full refund. If the return is processed via mail return, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the full refund.
